One suggestion for women's basketball referees: Let the ladies fight for a loose ball.

Far too many whistles for a jump ball.

Slows the flow of the game.

Stanford, the overall #1 seed in the WNCAA tournament, awaits the winner of tonight's Arizona-Connecticut game.

Right now, Arizona leads UConn, 41-31, with 3:29 left in the third quarter.

The Wildcats, led by Aari McDonald, is looking to pull off a major upset.

UConn was a 14-point favorite in the game.

Stanford played Arizona twice this season and won both games.

1/1/21 - Stanford 81 Arizona 54

2/22/21 - Stanford 62 Arizona 48

Arizona's Aari McDonald was a combined 11-for-42 in the two games.

Not good.

UConn ended the third quarter on a 5-0 run.

Current score: Arizona 48 Connecticut 39.

Here comes the favorite on the far outside ridden by Geno Auriemma.

Anthony Davis’s personal life has been somewhat of a mystery to fans and sports critics. Reportedly, he dated Brittney Griner, a top women’s basketball player, in 2015, following Griner’s divorce from her partner Glory Johnson.

Stanford's Kiana Williams has had a subpar NCAA tournament.

Her WNBA draft stock should drop significantly.

Arizona had no answer for the simple spin move in the lane of Stanford's Haley Jones.

Otherwise, the Wildcats did a great job defensively.

Stanford's final possession of the game was AWFUL.

Directly in front of head coach Tara VanDerveer.

She was breastfeeding her baby in the locker room at halftime.
That's why she was late getting out for the second half.
You can't make this stuff up.

Unbelievable.

If only she had been working on her team's out-of-bounds plays in late-game situations...

Never mind.
