it says it alters the immune system. I was going to try it but now don't want to. if you want to be less stressed just smoke weed and/or pop an oxycodone.

I have been taking it for about three weeks now and can’t say I notice a big difference.

I also take L-Theanine and lithium orotate though, so who knows what is doing what.
