I dunno if bigguy.com is even still in business, but I used to post NBA picks there until about 7-8 years ago. One season I posted 70 picks, winning 44, 63%. It's a Monopoly money site, so you didn't win anything, and there were guys with more Monopoly "points" than me anyway due to picking more games. But that was the best I ever did, though I've had multiple seasons at 57% or better.
