Yea, that was before all the barriers to construction were lifted, with all that military money they are going great guns, somewhere around 500 miles by year end/early next year.

3 miles of new wall has been built so far, the rest have been walls that were already there and were rebuilt. Get back to me at the end of the year when 500 new miles have been built, but as of December of last year, only 3 miles of new wall have been built
