Best Airliine for Multi-City Flights?

Say you want to fly into L.A. but leave out of SF, or fly into PHX and leave out of Alburquerque. Obviously Im browsing through sites and trying now but any help by those in the know would be appreciated.

just found out kayak has a multicity option, found a good deal on what I was looking for through United for $771

Southwest doesn't rip you off purchasing 1way tickets, good one to check in the future
