I started getting into Chess about 5 years ago( had played sparingly over the course of my life). It was the opposite of what I did before I used to react so situations quickly and decisively and if I was wrong I could be dead. Chess you need to do the opposite and it's the hardest part of the game. I play with people better than me and gamble on it of course, either I improve or I make them play Gin.
