I didn't know the NCAA can fine a school who lists a player as out yet plays.

USC got hit with a $5,000 fine for playing a running back v. Michigan listed as out.

That's exactly what happened, the kid wasn't even dressed, a 5K fine is comical. If the Canes did it the NCAA would put them on 10 years probation and call for the death penalty

they will start to list the entire team as questionable like bellicheck did with patriots
 
His deal is chump change to the university

In 18 months when you consider the enrollment numbers increasing and all the extra tv money that has come in he is worth $200m to the school

To the community he has added $250m to the area in hotels, restaurants, bars, shopping areas

93m is cheap

You are now a football school. Not a cbb school.

Lane would be a great fit there. If I were running things in Gainesville the guy I would call is Brohm from Louisville, or maybe Drinkwitz from Missouri

Is florida a better job than Ole Miss?

Kiffin is going to have his fourth 10 win season here in the last five years. He is attracting NFL talent. They are the only attraction in the state when it comes to football.

It's not like he has a problem going to Florida to recruit They got Austin Simmons from Miami.

He is paid $9m a year now which doesn't include bonuses.

There is only one man who can turn this Florida program around.... say it with me.

How Long would Urban Meyer stay at Florida before he came down with a Toothache..... and have to Leave the Program ?

Has never stayed at any Job....Long Term.
 
BYU was bet, which was a little surprising considering they usually have a letdown after Utah, and ISU favored over a ranked opponent angle.
 
Brian Kelly was always a bad fit for LSU including that phony southern accent he used during his introduction...

He's definitely gone.
 
It's amazing the amount of money these coaches get when they get fired. Do your job so poorly that you get fired, then walk away with more money than the average American will earn in their lifetime, or ten lifetimes, it's ridiculous
 
Kelly is a little rough around the edges, a little Belichick if you will. He'd be better suited for a pro job this late in his career imo
 
ICYMI....Brian Kelly and QB Nussmeier share the same agent which explains why he stuck with him so long considering he never lived up to the hype...

He took him out finally in 4Q of A & M and backup Van Buren immediately led them to a TD. Backup a former 4⭐
