CNN released some polls showing kamala way up in several states and nationally, the purpose of this is to move the avgs so trump doesn't get too far ahead.

In no way shape or form can any, if any challenges are accepted for any election can hearings be held in any court house anywhere. They will only draw a huge group of angry people along with a media that will be more than happy to agitate everything they can.

Designated survivors for all offices are called for as well.

It is a GREAT IDEA for President Biden to mandate election day as a federal holiday and give all that are able to have that day the day off. The later we go into the day the more dangerous things will become.

President Harris will have the Whitehouse won before this side of the country can really start reporting. The democrats will have effectivly won a serious number of races by that time as well.

Through what are faulty arguments big time. They did not work when old french law ruled the land for almost 150 years, but since are none the wiser they are going to make a go at the courts ignorance off it all like they did with the alt electors with Hawaii in 1960 and advance a slate of alternate electors among other things.

Their plans are hampered big time by Kamala being President before the election starts. The arguments will have a deep echo to them. If she is not certified by Inauguration Day, she becomes President Pro Tempore which is latin for the time being.

The courts will not vacate the White House over a bunch of sore losers whom have telegraphed loudly to those whom inhabit my monetarist climbs what their plans are.
