Seanie, look at market trends in Las Vegas from 2004 to now. Don't just focus on buying low. Families buy property. LV and AC are tourist towns. There is too much volatility, the lows are way worse than the highs, and they take forever to comeback.
Don't try to strike oil. It's like sports betting. Grind it.

JK you are right about that total thurs night. that's one of a bunch of totals I think are off this week. I made it like 9 points higher.

Ugh - that was close. App St had a chance to kick a FG with ~6 mins to go down 20, but they went for it on 4th down and turned it over on downs inside the red zone.

I'll throw out the meal offer to Bobby The Owl anyway. Saturday 7am at Pal Stat Oyster Bar, b4 the College games. Worth it to me, just to extract information from Bobby's mind.
No doubt. Got hooked. Saw App St stuffed on the ticker. Really can't knock the coach. If u kick the FG there, it's only to cover. Would be sacrificing the win.
