I prefer sportsbook.com's software to several of the books mentioned here but you're right about the customer service.

JJ, in your opinion what can VIP do better?...only minor beef I have is software a bit annoying...and shouldnt Bodog be a little lower just for being so behind on lines, are is that rating based on the assumption that they are for recreationa (square) players?

Lower limits do not effect the majority here

Larrry I guess I could give BoDog a B+ as you can make a good case for that.

VIP maybe can make software a tad more user Friendly
