3 pm ET/12 pm PT (NBCSN, NBCSports.com, NBC Sports App, SiriusXM FC, Telemundo Deportes En Vivo, UNIVERSO, UNIVERSO NOW)—Matchweek 27 of the English Premier League wraps up Monday with this fixture between 1st-place Liverpool (25-1-0) and 18th-place West Ham United (6-6-14) from Anfield (GrassMaster) in Liverpool, England as Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mané and the Reds continue to chase some historic records in England’s top flight of football, including an insane 43-match Unbeaten streak, a 17-game overall Win Streak and a 21-game Home Win Streak on sacred home soil.

As Manager Jürgen Klopp continues to prove he’s the best head man in Pro Sports since Phil Jackson was coaching the Bulls with maybe Patriots genius/madman Bill Belichick even in the conversation. John Wooden, Vince Lombardi, Pat Riley, Bobby Knight, Coach K, Belichick, Jackson and Klopp seem to be at some Pink Floydish-Prince-Mozart level of coaching that borders on getting the best out of Men athletically while both harnessing and growing the Mental and Emotional parts of their games within the given Sport.

Anyway, the Handicap market seems the best fit for this match with Liverpool -1 priced at -227 at Intertops and Liverpool -2 at -130 at Station Casinos in Thin Mint City (3½o -115) so, pick your poison here as the NHL (1), NCAAB (4) and NBA (8) pickens are slim on page 24 in the Don Best Official International Rotation Basketball/Hockey (Book 5). There is literally more space for Notes on page 24 than Games and that includes the NHL slate from Sunday. A Correct Score of 4-1 (LIV-WH) is priced at 12/1 at Intertops.

The series Trends are overwhelmed and eclipsed by the current Streak as getting a chance to make history while always finding ways to win is a deadly combination, let alone getting to play at Anfield where they never walk alone or ever lose, but show in EPL play that Liverpool—who will be without Captain Jordan Henderson (Hamstring)—is an overpowering 39-15-3 at Home vs West Ham (114 GF-32 GA) and have outscored the Hammers 25-5 the L9 meetings at Anfield, going 6-2-1 over that span. WH Manager David Moyes is 5-9-18 lifetime vs Liverpool and winless in his L11 tries vs the eventual EPL and current European champions.

Liverpool is actually due a lucky goal or two, as are the Reds (WWWWWW) opponent's, so the Over seems worth a look as long as it’s not set at 4. Scoring and creating quality Shots on Target at Anfield has been a real problem for Reds’ opponent's of late so laying 2 and hoping they win by 3 seems a logical Pick in his spot after the Hammers (LDLLD) only mustered 3 SOG (and 22% Possession) vs Manchester City’s 20 in a 2-0 midweek Loss at the Etihad. I have Liverpool -2 (-130) parlayed with VGK from Sunday for $20. Lucky.

Can I buy a vowel, Pat?

So even with this Leg 1 of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match at Home at Stamford Bridge (Grass) on Tuesday, perennial Fußball-Bundesliga champions Fußball-Club Bayern München are the right Favorite in this fixture, as are the other three Road clubs playing on Tuesday and Wednesday (Barcelona-Manchester City-Juventus). When you have Lionel Messi, Kevin De Bruyne and CR7, you’re bound to be favored no matter where you play (for the most part) and all three could capture this prestigious UCL tournament.
