You have to be careful whenever data mining, this is a great case, hardly a "very high OVER rate".

Before Dec 4, i.e. the Va/Pur game, totals that were below 115 this season were 1-6 to the UNDER. Also totals that were < 125 were 30-36 to the UNDER.

If we go to totals < 130, we get 79-78-3 to the OVER, basically even.
