I talked to CS today and they are working very hard to fix the trouble with XP users. They found it odd that I could get in ok with XP, but others could not. They hope to have all these issues re-paired asap.

My current issue is that I am prompted to install the software EACH visit, but it installs fine and I can play. That was new to CS. They will get it squared away soon.
