Good to see you're concerned about my welfare... but don't be, I've never taken a prescription drug my whole life. My wife works, and I work. And I win at hockey. That seems to bother you for some reason. If a contest is your way of measuring winning talent so be it. I just find it questionable that you're pushing this contest on multiple sites, collect the money, make the rules (and not even follow them) and won't even bother to put your money in play. The contest is great, I check in often, I am always looking to learn from better handicappers and there are a couple of good ones in there. The part that bothered me is pulling the contest away from EOG and hosting it on a rival site and I mentioned that right from the start.
You have all the contest stats, why don't you check back and see how many units I cleared on the salami the year that I won the contest. Where I am at, they ask how much you won, now what wager you won it on, if the book puts it up, I'm betting it. True, sometimes it feels like stealing because the numbers are so bad, but it is what it is and no matter how you imply it, the limits are big enough for a 1% bankroll bet. Remember this the rest of your gambling life, the smaller the niche, the bigger the edge.
Hockey was not and is not my game. I grew up on soccer, in fact I didn't even watch an NHL game before I had my first serious drink. But it is a great game and I enjoy it, both watching and betting on it. I am gonna say this once, hope you hear it and stop wasting your time typing that drivel every time we have an argument.
I give absolutely zero fucks about Bettman's actions, one way or another. I am Leafs fan and don't care if a player comes from Kiev, Kingman, Kingston, Katowice, Karlsruhe, Krems, Kriens, Kutna Hora or Kanata, as long as they can play they are good to go in my opinion.
Finally, mocking my claim about first and last week of the season being big money makers shows significant pettiness on your behalf. After the first week of the season I was in fact 13-8 +2.77 units. If you do a bit of math, double that up to account for the last week of the season and multiply by 2.5 (40%) that would be close to 14 units (13.85 to be precise). While that is not the goal this season, it is very much different from your claim here:
Actually, the funny part is you crying and not joining this year cause the contest started 4 days after the season started claiming you make some godly amount of your yearly profits during this time period then proceed to post your plays during that time and losing units. lol. That's what's funny to me.
What would you suggest I could do to be more transparent with my hockey picks?
As far as hockey props limits go, I haven't had limits cut at any shop, I guess I am not winning as much as you are big spender.
I can do this all day, debate point by point and show facts that prove you wrong, but I don't want you to blow a gasket.
Merry Xmas!
