Forum Upgrade - Issues and Perks

Our forum was upgraded to a higher version of the software this morning. You will notice a few issues, namely that avatars aren't working. You will also notice that quoting and replying should run more smoothly now.

Bear with us as we run through the bugs and fixups as we couldn't make these custom adjustments until after the forum went live.

Its running a little choppy right now but hoepfully the upgrades make site faster.

only difference so far for me is that the 'post quick reply' functionality isn't there, but that's not a big deal

It is true that w/out avatars and smilies the forum will be faster.

I never look at them because I am very mature and have no clue why others use them. They take up too much bandwidth and if I want to see avitars I look in the local funnies section of the newspaper and chuckle to myself. I do not chuckle here Pete.
