Cornerback Robert Alford (Pick 6 fame) would have won the MVP had the trophy been awarded at halftime.

Alford nearly intercepted the pass in the second half that was caught in unbelievable fashion by Julian Edelman.

I give it to Alford. Guy had 9 tackles, 2 assists. But more than that the Pats had driven down to the ATL 18 yard line. If nothing else he may have been responsible for a 10 point swing. Added to Matty Ice's turnover, you wonder what a ballplayer has to do to overcome a QB's average day at the office.

After Shanahan's bad play calling, Atlanta still had the Lead.

The pressure was on Brady and the Patriots to DELIVER. And they did.
