If so where was the bank located that it was drawn on?

W Whoson1st EOG Dedicated Feb 24, 2006 #4 I was just thinking that if the Goodlatte or similiar bill is passed I would just get a check from Neteller on rare occassions, if they were drawn on a US bank. But I can't see Canadian banks as being a problem--don't know.
