I bet Tsonga at least 15 minutes before the start in a parlay with Manchester City. Now my bet is gone. Claimed past post. I qued Atp live scores and waited at least 15 minutes til the first serve. Fuckers taking a shot at me now.

Bet was placed at 9:29. They are still saying it started at 8:50:shoot:

I watched it live on Atp live scores..

And they say a parlay is one bet and the whole thing cancelled too. I know it was not past post but even if it was just that part should have been cancelled.

First problem there and they have not done anything to find the real start time as opposed to the scheduled start time despite my 30 minutes on the phone.:shoot:

Re: Heritage claiming past post

100% should file a claim with SBR. (Unless one or more of the EOG brass has connections there)

Complete mistake on their part. You have no chance of losing any form of arbitration.

First match [6] K Anderson (RSA) vs [2] J Del Potro (ARG) started at 7:10 EDT. It was a 3 set match that lasted 2:13.

They are dead in the water.

Re: Heritage claiming past post

Relax, Heritage and its owner aren't thieves. If they made a grading mistake they will regrade the wager once they are sure they made a mistake.

One of the largest books of the industry is short of cash in VEGAS. They owe hundreds of thousands if not over a million from the past few weeks. Do you hear anyone crying in these washboards about being owed by this well known book?

Post up players cry over a few dollars when the folks running the Hertiage haven't even got out of bed yet. Friggin RELAX. The owner's son has probably already called his Dad and is scouring the net looking for scores and official times.

The problem was I complained already and it was scuffed off and was told I was a shot taker for 30 minutes...

I'm still going to try myself but Kinger is up before Sbr. I can't believe the ATP site does not have the start time and just secondary sites do.

Re: Heritage claiming past post

Trying to resolve a dispute 2 hours before a Saturday NCAA football card may not have been the best timing.

Just a thought. 12io4j2w90

Knowing Mammon, it's probably not just "a few dollars"

From what we know- the guy won and had his bet canceled. I'd be pissed, too.

Re: Heritage claiming past post

You would be crying like a bitch if you got the nonsense I did after calling in my missing parlay winner.

If it's confirmed correct, Heritage will make it right..................you're not dealing with 5dimes, Synbet, or NYCsportsbook here.

Tell that $4/hr. piece of shit on the other end of the phone that you will cut his head off and feed it to your dog. These sportsbooks employees are worse than government scum.

I was told final, and I'm a shot taker but have not called back yet for my final wrath.

We'll see about that...

No offense, Big Fish, but you need to stop being so cocky about how much you think you know about offshore books. Let's not forget- you were touting EZ as the second coming- and all that went to shit.

Yes, we've heard great things about Heritage, but books aren't infallible... 'cept for Pinny, of course. :btj:

Been stiffed once in 13 years and been with 200+ sportsbooks..................think I've earned the right to be cocky son.............................and I'm currenty funded at Heritage.

In addition, never heard of ONE miscue or NO PAY from Heritage in upteen years...................

Hell, Jimmy Vaccaro says he would feel safe with ONE MILLION BUCKS there.

Re: Heritage claiming past post

Their excuse was the game should have been off the board at the scheduled time as if Tennis goes off at scheduled times. They still claim the scheduled time was the start time. Getting ready to call again.....

As long as the match can be proven to have not started before you made the wager, you will/should be paid.........................if they were still accepting wagers in a NORMAL matter in which they do....................and we know nothing more to the story.

This was this morning, right?

Re: Heritage claiming past post

I do know they pull tennis at scheduled times and it pisses me off since most are hours later. But they had a 5:50 pst hanging so I assumed it had not started and bet it parlayed to Manchester City. It had not started as I linked Atp live scores and waited for it. Normally they would have pulled it hours before the game but they did not and the match started 11 minutes after the bet.

Re: Heritage claiming past post

I went to TennisInsight and they are very accurate with the time.

On Court Oct. 29 2011 13:50 GMT

Which means they were on the court by 9:50AM EST

Re: Heritage claiming past post

I do think they will pay but the fact that they scuffed me off and decent winnings hurts the whole day as you know. Insulted from cocky Bookmakers with "you took a shot and lost" and that is why the whole parlay is cancelled sucks too. More money at noon is more chance to win... I'm calling again now!!
