What is the closing date for entry? 1 September?

Actually there is no closing date since you can win the weekly prizes at any time. However its in your best interest to get in early as it will be difficult to win the yearly prize if you miss more than one week IMO.

Guys.......kill 2 birds win one stone here........(If they will allow it)

You have to deposit $100 in Hollywood to be entered into this contest.

Well, Hollywood is ALSO offering a Fantasy Football contest, with an entry fee of $125, with the payoffs being $1,000 cash and $1,000 Hollywood sportsbook account, for the winner of your 12 man conference.

Simply deposit $125, INSTEAD of the $100, and have Hollywood use those funds to get you entered into the Fantasy Contest also! Bam! Just like that your in 2 great contests!

And remeber the money is yours to play with immediately !!

Exactly...........That's why I pointed out that they may want to consider depositing just $25 more, $125, and they can have Hollywood pull that over and they are instantly entered into the best Fantasy Football contest available with great payoffs. $125 gets you into 2 great contests in one shot! cheers

Great work Glaken.........

Ummm, I am not sure there are even 10 games on Dec 3rd, let alone 20 to choose from.

Has it been confirmed there are enough games on the dates the contest is running?

5 games the last weekend .... will probably have to pick sides and totals the last week, so there will just be 20 choices on the board that week. 10 sides to choose from and 10 totals. Will be interesting to see how close it will be the last week.

I guess on that weekend you pick both sides of all games. I can do that.

I meant 20 choices on the board that week ...LOL

Christ Frog don't do that to me.dog1

There are five games that weekend. I thought there were only 3 myself USC/UCLA, Army Navy and SD St/Hawaii. But there are those 3 Saturday and two others, Lou/CT on Sat and on Fri night La Tech/Fresno.

So some modification will need to be made for that 14th week somehow. Surely it can be done. Either make it a 13 week thing with that 14th week as a tie break if necessary, or just have all five games that week count, still won't add up to 168 points, but I am sure something will be worked out.

Just didn't want to see a major hassle come up halfway through the season with people not realizing it.

Yes Moi....We can modify Week 14 if needed. Your guys suggestions will mean alot if ya'll have some ideas. We can work together and come up with something.

With 5 games you would have 10 sides and 10 totals to choose from so you can get ten selections in.

They don't always have totals in NCAA, but I am sure in a short week they would.

I don't generally enter contests myself. But I would suggest having it run 13 weeks and use that 14th as a tie break picking all 5 games (side only) and if still a tie have a guess the score situation in either the army/Navy or USC/UCLA, where they give their predictive socre for one of those games along with their 5 sides. Since they are both on TV, and generally high profile.

But if you have a small field, then being that redundant might not be necessary.

Now that the can of worms is officially opened, what would be the minimum amount of entrants required to run the contest? Glak, at least my amphibian ass is watertight. You still have that tattoo on yours, Gerbil Entrance?
