I want to beware about the unacceptable deceptive advertising tactic used by Hollywood sportsbook in order to attract deposits.
After got an email promotion by them i went to their online chat and talk with Kathie.
I told her that i got that email and asking if i were eligibile to get a bonus ( i played with them one time only a while ago and did not won ).
She asked me who i am and i give them my details because i did not remembered my ID. After find out my details and who i was she put me on hold and when she come back she told me that i would have get a 15% Cash Bonus AND a 15% Free Play Bonus.
Today i deposited $5000 and i got "only" the cash Bonuses. I ringed and chat with their manager. He told me that my account is not eligibile to get any freeplay Bonuses because it is clearly stated on their website that they do not give Bonuses to professional players. He told me that yesterday Kathie made an Human error.
Why the SAME person that yesterday told Kathie to tell me that i would have receive a 15% cash AND a 15% FP did not told me that i would have receive "only" the 15% cash because they think that i am a professional player and that this is clearly write on thei site? Or maybe that you Hollywood have two accounts with the same name and last name "James White" and you misundertasnd who of the two was waiting the answer? If so why you did not tryed to figured out who of the two JW was? Or maybe that your "website rules" changed during the night between Sunday september the 4th to Monday September the 5th? If so why you did not emailed or ringed JW "correcting" your 15%+15% offer in to a 15% cash? Do you think that i am a little hironic or sarcastic? Sit down and think for a moment what you REALLY DO and the time that i have to loose to write this thread that it is not in my language too.
As about the fact that you sad that i am a professional player ... Panetteria Il Fornaio, Via Statale 22, Como ITA. This is the place where I WORK around 8 hours a day. This is verifiable by everyone. If you will visit it i will offer you a dinner but if i am saying you a dinner BE SURE THAT IT WILL BE A DINNER, not "just" a breakfast because unlike others i have the habit to mantain words ... .Question ... If i am a professional player WHY I HAVE TO WORK 8 hours a day as a baker? Can you tell me WHY?
When will Some Sportsbooks END to claim that someone is a Professional Player even when someone is not a one, just as "one of the most common excuse" to favour himself?
Or maybe Mr Hollywood manager that you think that i am a bonus whore? Yes, i am such a Bonus whore that you will know what i am going to do now? I will withdraw all my money and deposit elsewhere with a "non deceptive advertising" book. I am such a Bonus whore that i am going to give you back the $500 Bonus that i received. Word and sincerity ( honesty ) for me are one of the most important things of this life.
If Hollywwod sportsbook will reply on this thread they will they sad that this was an human error or admit that they voluntary lied me in order to be "more sure" that i would have make my deposit?
