I'll be visiting Minneapolis for the Final Four in early April.

My treat to lunch or dinner on Friday, April 5 after the ceremonial practices for each of the Final Four teams at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Is Bucky also from the Twin Cities?

Had dinner last night with the brilliant ComptrBob.

Returning for a golf date today at noon.

I'll write about the dinner conversation (the parts I understood) in my next blog entry.

A glaze came over my eyes when Bob talked about his NASA research and aeronautical projects.

I understood most of what he said when it came to parlays and pointspreads.

Last time I was in Minneapolis it was mid April and I awoke to half a foot of snow.

Bucky one of the better horse handicappers here...met him in Vegas at the SBR forum....he crushed the ponies....Mr Liesure, Akilles, Pats Fan, and Sharkey all benefited from his selections....had an exacta and triple with a 75-1 shot keyed...he had a lot of winners that weekend....Sharkey also had a trainer friend of his giving us winners.....

to my knowledge, you have never attended a bash or had any publicized meetings with anyone from the forums.

let me think, I saw a guy using SBR at a sportsbook in Vegas I sort of said hi
Im thinking of seeing Big Day just to give a vote of support and we are all thinking of him no matter what the petty forum fights, little battles, bravado, the health and wellness is important.
a few phone calls to a few posters for a variety of reasons.
that EOG day at races chicago Arlington get together is on my list to do, that seems like a good day and Chicago is a fun place in general.
what events have you hit jakepeavy?

try, yes BIGDAY is in many of our thoughts, that would be nice if you paid him a visit.

I've been to an RX bash and 2 sbr bashes as well as met up with a few posters while I lived in Vegas.

I'm surprised you and yisman have never been to a bash.

I'm a hack on the golf course.

I would not waste my time or money.

But Bob has a putting green in the backyard of his luxury home.

Life is good if you're ComptrBob.
