...I would make targeting legal. make bump and run legal. kickoffs from the 30, bring back ko returns. running starts on onside kicks and kickoffs, no women reporters allowed, bring 1975 back. PI is 15 yds, not a spot foul. hitting out-of-bounds is when defender has zero feet on green grass

Is it still also the first half of the subsequent game? I think we see at least more than half of targeting penalties reversed.

Targeting in the first half: Sit for the remainder of the game.

Targeting in the second half: Sit for the remainder of the game and the first half of the team's next game.
