It helps to have Tom Brady.
People seem to remember that the year without Brady they were 11-5, but that was not good enough to make the playoffs in that particular year
The year before Brady took over, Bill came within a cunt's hair of getting fired and the year without Brady, he didnt make the playoffs

How many years have the Dolphins and Bills been incompetent and not competitive? A good portion. Rex Ryan and his Jets gave it his all with the defense he formed.
