Probably a just a method of slowing down the payout process. These small books giving out 200% bonuses during low season probably have to get creative since they obviously dont have much reserves

Talk to Griffin first, according to him you send cash you get paid cash , no ID.It could be just a stupid employee that doesn't know what he is doing.
If he is not there ,email him he always replies fast .

Good that they accepted a picture of it. Back in the day a lot of books would claim that faxes versions or pictures weren't clear enough (just to slow pay you)...
scan in your license, credit card, and utility bill, and email it to yourself, you'll be good for years...

Its a typical slow pay tactic that shit books use, if there is no chance of a chargeback(credit card deposit), there is no valid reason to ask for documents when withdrawing that were not requested to deposit.
Give them what they want and learn your lesson, never play there again.

im taking out 800-1000 tomorrow. dan said on live chat that i had to show license and a utility bill. pain in the ass but thats not what i dont like about it. i hate that it makes me nervous about them.
