Here's the deal guys, Teddy's thread brought up an interesting point and that was an interesting thread with everyone offering their picks and a reason for why they like it. So here's the deal: Every day I'm going to post one play that I like, with a few sentences about why I like it. Plays will be 1, 2, or 3 units. I will track the results of my progress in this thread and hope to continue this thread throughout the year. Most non baseball plays will be 1 unit though, just to give you an idea where I'm at. I bet much more once baseball starts because I've found that's my best sport year after year. Along with the pick, you will get one musical video from a female artist that I like. All of the shit 80s rock music videos thrown around on this forum during picks, time for a different perspective.

Hofstra -3.5: Barry for CofC probably going to miss, and although he's not been lighting the world on fire for them lately, they are going to miss his presence in that offense. He was such a big part of their offense that I expect they'll struggle vs a very talented Hofstra team. I like Hofstra to cover in this spot.

I'm no Angel but for all those who want sports/gambling talk on the forum then they should practice what they preach....

This is a good idea and could be a fun and maybe profitable thread but some can't let it go...I'm really not talking about u MLK but I seen Brandon's post earlier and told myself 'I hope Javy doesn't fire back' because that turns into a 3 day fvck u fest instead of an attempt of 365 days of post and discussion on sports and gambling....

Lots of threads that could have been good get nipped at the bud before they bloom because somebody couldn't wait to get one more dig in....

Ok the guy got hasty and said he was leaving, well he's not so lest move on...

I also recommend if you like spektor to check out the new Grimes album and phantogram from last year is still being slept on if you get a chance. Are you only gonna stick to female vocalist or are you gonna do a mod-indie playlist?

Had to look up what you meant by mod-indie. Definitely listen to a lot of mainstream stuff so if that's what you meant then yeah that about sums it up. I'll give Grimes' album a listen tomorrow at work. 12io4j2w90

Play 2: Going with Colorado -1. Couple angles to look at this game, Utah being desperate starting 0-2 in conference, or Colorado being back at home and wanting to get some revenge for the 2 blowout losses to Utah last year. I'm just going with the home angle for the conference opener for Colorado as enough to get them over the hump. I like Scott to have a very good game tonight.

As for the music, some very different type of talent with this one. This is basically porn, but she's the best at it.

Not touching the title game, and this is a bounce back spot for Chattanooga and they're a good team so I think they will.
