Quick bio on Joe Brady:

Played college football at William & Mary where he was a wide receiver with modest stats from 2009-2012.

Coached at his alma mater (linebackers coach) for two seasons before serving as a grad assistant at Penn State in 2015-16.

Broke into the NFL as an offensive assistant with the New Orleans Saints under Sean Payton in 2017.

Made his name as passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach at LSU during the team's national title run in 2019.

Served as offensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers this past season.

One Brady (Tom) dominated on the field over the past 20 NFL seasons, is another Brady (Joe) ready to emerge on the sidelines over the next 20 seasons?

Seems like the current NFL trend is to go with young coaches with offensive backgrounds who are willing to challenge the stale defensive principles of old defensive coordinators.
