Ken Francis, crew chief on the #9, was suspended for four races and fined $50,000 for "unapproved aerodynamic modification". Kahne will lose 50 driver points and owner Ray Evernham will be docked 50 owner championship points as well. The infraction was found during post-qualifying inspection on February 11th. Feb. 13 - 7:38 p.m. ET
