Interesting convo yesterday about the NJIT and Fordham game on Tuesday which had a full game line of 14.5 yet first half bet down to 4.5, Fordham favored.

I get Krack tries to be the Mr. Clean of gaming to protect some integrity to the endeavor, naturally helps his bottomline. However to say this is the first time
he will say out loud a game was fixed is silly....especially with his contacts back East and some of the borderline mob guys he purports to know.

Nonetheless, Gill made a very astute point....this would never happen back in the day with off-shore books. Too easy to get down now.

Refs were always compromised especially in the NFL. The biggest bettors were NFL team owners. Today props are the soup de jour. Less variance and easier to manipulate with cooperation. If you read the book 'Interference' published in 1989 it spells out all the shenanigans by the mob and NFL fixing. Easy money is unavoidable.

Krack bets for 30 years but needs a second opinion that a full gm line is 15 and the 1H is 4.5 to know something is off

Krack is doing a little mini seminar on how to be a better sports bettor which is interesting considering his game is screen watching...when it moves he moves. And naturally Krack always knows the group that's moving the number. 😏

At one time in the 80s and 90s Boston had inside sources besides the papers. Internet has changed everything

Zero chance krack leaves the media. It is his drug being able to tell stories and give his bullshit I'm for the small bettor. He talks for one person. Krack.

Being on wagertalk is the first time he has a public display of his plays and it cant be faked.

I thought why not just bet 25k to move the line lol

I didnt think it was possible for krack to be quiet that long.

Boston is in amazing shape for a guy his age.

AB's personality hasn't changed much since 8-10 years ago when he appeared in that documentary film, "The Best of it".
Still a lonely man with mostly negative thoughts but with many strong, well-informed opinions about basketball and politics.
Just at age 67, overall a bit sad.

In that film, AB discussed wanting to be an unconventional college English teacher. I wonder how that panned out.
Was it an Axel Freed fantasy?

Bill announced towards the end that he plans to invite AB onto the podcast regularly.
It could be entertaining in small servings with a structure akin to the now defunct "coach's corner with Don Cherry".
The show could be called "Today's viewpoint from Alan Boston's kitchen".
 
Krack 'Unscripted' is like a Chinese dinner......a lot of stuff but hungry one hour later.

Unless you get filled listening about a room upgrade.
 
Probably because AB dropped too many F bombs and talked about drug use.

He also discussed not having any money despite being a lifetime winner at the craps tables.
 
A great line is that Boston wanted to stay under the radar by saying he was "only betting 20k" on a cbb side for Millman when he was more in the 90k range

Boston is just podcast gold
