I just heard this on MSNBC and this is the story I found to go with it. What can you do but vomit? I mean what skills or advice could this man possible offer? Is there any legitimate reason to have this guy on the FEMA payroll? The fleecing of the taxpayer rolls on!

"Despite Brown's resignation as director of FEMA on Sept. 12 - three days after he was removed from overseeing the onsite disaster response by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff - he continues his employment at FEMA under a consulting contract."

(I heard the 140K figure on MSNBC.)

Incompetence is not a valid reason to fire someone in the Bush administration, only to be hired!
