Haven't done any EXTENDID research on this, but I would ASSUME betting the ML dog would be way more profitable long term.

Also, how much value is in +1/+2 lines?

From 4.5 dog down ML is the best play.

With the exception of +3 where the pushes a long the way will keep you even.
