Until now, I've used Western Union, E-Check, PrepaidATM, Paypal, ect as methods of sending and receiving. Going with Neteller, but before I do, I have a question....
It mentions on the neteller site that prior to being able to use your account, you must "verify" it by adding a checking account. Simple enough! However, the method requires neteller to deposit a small amount, ect...which takes a few days at best to accomplish. Does that mean if I sign up with Neteller nd register my bank account tomorrow, I won't be able to actually transfer funds to / from sportsbooks until Monday at best???
