ESPN sources: Steelers star TJ Watt has become the highest-paid non-QB in NFL history for the second time in his illustrious career, reaching agreement today on a three-year, $123 million extension that includes $108M fully guaranteed at signing. The $41 million per year average is the highest of any non-quarterback in NFL history. The deal has been in the works between CAA Sports and the Steelers front office for months.

Justin Fields carted off practice field ...

The curse placed on all Jets quarterbacks needed only two practices to claim Justin Fields as its next victim.

Fields was carted off the field with a toe injury on his right foot after he dropped to the ground on the follow-through from an incompletion and then limped to the sideline.

He spent about 10 minutes on the trainer’s table with his shoe removed before sliding into the shotgun seat of the cart, riding off the field and walking gingerly back into the locker room.

The guy is being more than fair, cap friendly deal to get some players, Jones still 🤔
 
Jordan Addison suspended for first 3 games of the season. I've felt the Bears most important reg season game is the opener; getting JJM not only in his first start, but first road start, and now minus a key weapon. No excuses for the Bears in week 1. This is the ideal time to play the Vikings.

I was set to go all in the Rams, Over their win total, Stafford MVP, and to cut down the nets. Now I can't play any of them, backs are tricky, I'd rather him have a problem with his shoulder than his back, at his age recovery time is longer. Will monitor the situation, might still be all in but need some really good news health wise. You're closer to the Rams than I am, if you hear anything solid regarding Stafford please post.

very true I popped a knee and it did not hurt. Until the MRI.. now i am on gel injections

i saw the google show where they said...they are 25 years away till they can see pain in the body with the MRI

Stafford couldn't practice today 🤔

Stenson Bennett plays entire first game, and actually looked pretty good.

I'm sure Stafford will open up, but I also understand the Texan money
 
I saw some of the footage of Aaron Rodgers doing some foot drills in the pocket...

He was never quick but with all his injuries he's footwork is molasses now.

I'm not sure how good their OL is but they better be very good. Rodgers is a statute back there now.
 
Very little line movement in GB game with news of Love's surgery on non throwing thumb.
