MVP race:Daniel Jones vs Dak Prescott, how did this happen
Did you overlook Baker?

Scott Hansen said Mahomes was “odds on” to win MVP but without looking, it’s extremely unlikely anyone is odds on (i.e. minus money), let alone someone not named Mayfield or Daniel Jones.

So Mahomes is currently the favorite to win the MVP, I wonder if Raiders will slip him into his top 10 this week

2025 NFL MVP Odds, Race: Patrick Mahomes New Favorite, Baker Mayfield Surges

Patrick Mahomes, QB, Chiefs: +185
Josh Allen, QB, Bills: +300
Baker Mayfield, QB, Buccaneers: +350
Matthew Stafford, QB, Rams: +1600
Jared Goff, QB, Lions: +1600
Drake Maye, QB, Patriots: +1800

Mahomes might be favored. But he shouldn't. Yes, I have the Chiefs as the #1 team. But they still have lost 3 games. And stats still count. Mahomes lacking in quite a few:

16th in yards/attempt
19th in completion pct
7th in yards/game
13 in QB rating

WTF is Houston doing? First off you needed to onsides kick, but if you're going to kick off, you need to kick it out of bounds. With 2:04 on the clock under no circumstances can you allow Seattle to return the ball, by doing so the clock goes under 2 minutes and you just lost the TO that would have occurred at the 2 minute warning, this is high school level stuff. Texans are a poorly coached team.

Yeah for sure this was poorly coached throughout.....

And I've been overall fairly bullish on what DeMeco was doing there.

The last 2 seasons I'd say he's been exceeding expectations.

This one was bad though. This season has been bad.

Speaking of bad, Stroud and Baker both stunk up the place tonight......

Two QB's I like overall.

Gouge out my eyes though before I watch a replay of those 2 offenses again. That was ugly.

I think Baker put himself behind the 8 ball, in terms of winning MVP. In a small sample size season, can't have many bad games. And with Evans out for the rest of the season, that will only make things more difficult.

Not sure why Daniel Jones' odds aren't lower. If the season ended now, he would be most deserving.

Big picture I think he's done a pretty good job, when he was first hired he took over a bad team. After the game of course he was asked about kicking it deep instead of out of bounds to preserve time on the clock, he said the plan was to kick it out of bounds but they didn't execute. He didn't elaborate, so I assume he must have told his kicker to kick it out of bounds and for whatever reason he didn't do it. Either that, or he lied to cover his ass and he didn't tell the kicker to kick it out of bounds. Either way, that just can't happen, that kick has to go out of bounds. I'm a dumb schmuck sitting on my couch and I'm doing the math, and figured if they stop Seattle from getting a FD they'll get the ball back with about 1:00 to play and no TO's, but at least there's a chance, I've seen enough crazy shit in this league just this year to know they would have had a chance. I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but that kick has to go out of bounds, it's inexcusable to not do that

I am muting all but 1 NFLe is rigged user because asshole Musk is carpet bombing my TL with them. 1 is enough. Maybe the algorithm will get the hint.

Prepare for James Franklin going to West Virginia and out performing Penn State. I would have kept him until after the season then calmly decide what to do. They caved to the pressure. Harbaugh had this type of season in 2020. The rest. As they say.

I hate this illuminati stuff but why is he sitting all alone and flashing the sign and then they show that before 33 yard tpuchdown pass?
