This is a huge concern.

Christian McCaffrey ankle.
Saquon Barkley done for year.
Garoppolo high ankle sprain.
Nick Bosa of 49ers done for year.
RB Raheem Mosert knee problem likely out weeks.
Davante Adams hamstring.
Colts WR Parris Cambell probably done for a while.
Safety Malik Hooker done for year.
Dolphins Byron Jones groin has been having injury problems left today against Bills.
Giants WR Sterling Shepherd left today with a toe injury.

I think the Giants are a play this week. Not having Barkley means they have to run a real NFL offense rest of the year, they might be better than trying to feed the horse. Also note how the Niners are complaining about the field, don't you think that's in their heads now after all these injuries? Jimmy G probably struggles passing with bum ankle, that sounds like a recipe for poor throws because he won't set right. In any case while they haven't won, the Giants have been very competitive and haven't mailed anything in like the Jets. Getting 4.5 in the circumstances feels like a good value, I think a negative injury report this week and the number is coming down.
