Yes, same as College, they get 2 points.

This was highly discussed here in Week 16 when the Falcons scored to go up 1 over the 49ers with 2 seconds left and instead of going for 2 they took the snap and took a knee just to make sure the 49ers couldn't run back anything and win by 1..
