Does functinality not have any factor in your evaluation?

They constantly are down, have computer "glitches", customer service sucks on the phone. I just don't get why people love them on the boards.

What am I missing?

their juice is so much lower than bookmaker's. here's a perfect example how bookmaker sucks. lines from tomorrow's soccer game between ivory coast and ghana.

Good point Wade, but doesn't everyone know Bookmaker is one of the worst juice books by now? 5dimes doesn't seem to get mentioned alot. I think they are light years better then BP.

I think their customer service is great. No bad experiences...yet. And their software is easily the best one out there, IMO. Better than Bookmakers.

customer service sucks, everyone who matters leaves early. site always down, huge vig in golf and tennis. No overnight totals in ncaabb. live betting sucks.
