Preakness prop

Took the local horse, #7 Alwaysmining, over El Camino Real Derby winner, #12 Anothertwistafate, in a pick 'em situation.

Early betting shows Alwaysmining at odds of 5/1 versus his opponent's early price of 10/1.

I understand betting is slightly-skewed considering the popularity of Alwaysmining among the Baltimore crowd.

Shorter daily double return too ($72.60 versus $88.00) in the Black Eyed Susan-Preakness double with a pool of more than 800k despite a slightly higher program price (8/1 versus 6/1).

Always hate to bet against Jose Ortiz Jr. but Daniel Centeno is a capable jock.

Here's hoping Alwaysmining passes the class test today.
