Re: Regional Projections

I think they are good enough to compete but I'm shocked that the predictions have Hawaii as an at-large....they had a rough 2 week stretch that I think will cost them the at-large regardless of how strong their schedule was.

Re: Regional Projections

agree about hawaii.

I would have Ok state and Stanford in over Vandy and COC. WTF should Clemson host something.

Re: Regional Projections

California teams are very good. I have never even once heard of Rhode Island in baseball. never heard of them playing anyone, never heard of them. Agreed its nuts to think they should get a spot over a good California team

Re: Regional Projections

won't shock me if Irvine and Fullerton are put in a situation where if they both make Omaha they will be in the same bracket - the N*SEC*AA tries to fuck over as many West Coast teams as they can so they can try and get as many SEC teams in Omaha as they can

and if Irvine is gonna host a (super) regional - YIKES! Rail - unless they built up that place they can't hold enuf to have one there. and with Gillespie as their coach they won't go far at all - guy is a moron come post season - see last year for all the proof ya need - and is incapable of leading water down the toilet

Re: Regional Projections

Has LMU projected in but says automatic. What is their status Rail, do my Lions have a realistic shot at making the field?

Re: Regional Projections

West Coast looks really strong.

I look for Kansas State to be a regional host-- Manhattan, Kansas regional--unreal!!!

Minnesota a regional come on--what a joke.

Remember the selection committee for the NCAA is the biggest joke on the planet.

Heard UC-Irvine may not have enough seats to host a regional--that would suck.

Irvine will be hosting, its just a matter of temporary seats or moving it to Blair Field.

Minnesota not a top 100 team imo.

KState has some good pitching.

Beavers (2), Fresno, Fullerton last 4 titles to the West. Fresno played 12 post season games last year and never once where they a favorite.
