Remember "sweetness" for those who have been around awhile..

The greatest running back ever, walter payton..
agree- He was also a great guy besides being a football player. He use to answer the phones at Halas Hall and pretend to be a secretary. He would then joke around with the caller.

One time he called a guy in to fix his cable at his home. While the guy was in the room fixing the cable a picture in the room fell down and cracked. Payton walked in the room saying how could you break the picture? The guy said it was just an accident.

Payton says just put the picture in the room across the hall. The guy opens the door to put the broken picture in the room and there lies 30 other broken pictures. Payton loved to joke and have fun.

Maybe someday Jarrett will score a TD in the Super Bowl.

Glad to hear Mike Ditka admit these days he made a mistake:hung when he let Refrig Perry score the TD instead of Walter in the bears SB win. He now admits that should of been Walters TD
