Well, we are down to NFL picks which makes it interesting. I won last year's NFL contest at Peeps and It looks like Irish Tim will win this year's. Certainly whoever makes it out of our matchup will go on to win the final matchup. :lock:

Definitely higher with only NFL. Last two weeks I only took a couple of "Pinny lean" plays, but my hand may be forced now.

I think the 3rd tiebreaker is poster age. Young Tim has the disadvantage here

Kinger, Tuck, and JK post 7 picks. In the event of a tie, if any staff member beats the competitors they get to advance, where in the final they have a chance of getting a 1k bonus/prize and must give 4k back to the posters through golf contests in 2012. :houra

We need to improve our contest schedule here at the "G."

I like the idea of piggybacking important sporting events.

I also think less is more.

A contest a month is perfect but we need full participation to make it work.

We also need an overlay feature to the competition (110% or more payback creates value, excitement and sign-ups).

December - NCAAF bowl games

January - Super Bowl props

February - Daytona 500

March - NCAAB

April - MLB

May - Kentucky Derby

and so forth...

your show Mr. Kelly but less is not more..what you really want to have is many people here daily for some reason, or maybe many times a day..some will come for cappers like 13k views on Micilli, some for fun, some for contests, some for banter..contests that are daily or a few times a week is one way to bring in the masses, have them looking at those banners every time and maybe posting up with them!

Pretty difficult to get posters to click on the banners nowadays....not knocking anybody but it is the simple truth....who wants to post up when it is difficult getting paid and the roll-over requirements are laughable...plus the cost of withdrawing...

The best contests are the sponsored ones and those that you enter and all the money goes into the pot without going thru a book...

I had to rollover the $50 freeplay at Skybook 8x with a max payout of $250. They charged me $45 to get it out, but they sent me $210 ASAP. I tried WU at one place and the girl says, they cant send to Costa Rica from that location due to prior money laundering from there. Nevertheless, kudos to Skybook.

This is the most uninteresting matchup of the whole tourney IMO. Outside of the jokes Wvu will share when trying to explain his 7 leans there might be 4 different if we are lucky

this was the only possible matchup that really makes your point valid. Every matchup that you and Wvu partcipated in was fine ebcause the other guy was a handicapper.

The fact that WVU, myself, and OSU are still in the tournament and all your "handicappers" are eliminated makes my point valid.

Osu didnt lean on playing just the high juice, first and foremost the guy is a handicapper. He did at times take some of the bigger juice avaliable, but the majority of his plays were not using the lean

It's an understanding of basic contest strategy and implied win probability of the market lines. No one who takes a +102 as a Best Bet could possibly be a favorite in any matchup.

If i can find some time, i will go back and check just the BB on the winners and losers and get the average juice of it all. Average Juice on the winners and average juice on the losers to see how your claim stands up

I have all plays written down, so it wont take me to long once i want to dedicate 30 minutes to this
