I'm late to the party, I know, but this YouTuber has some fascinating interviews and 6.6M followers, and I'm sure still growing. John, you can move this thread if it doesn't take well here. Now that football is here, I wish this one had come out earlier, as it may get lost in all the football talk. But this one dropped yesterday, and it's a pretty long one. Many of these interviews are depressing as the majority he interviews are down on their luck on Skid Row. Hundreds of hookers from Figaroa street. Pimps, tricks, con men, hustlers all describe their life today. This street bookie does a great job of explaining the casino comps and how they work. I learned a lot I wasn't aware of from this interview. I'll post some others over time that were good. Sammy the Bull Gravano was another great listen. He's been back telling mob stories many times. His "Johnny Keys" mob hit story was fascinating. Another was this prison guard named Darren, who had some good Charles Manson stories. Again, many of these are very depressing, but there are also some real gems in the bunch. He was connected to the Shohei Ohtani Scandal, too.

Bowyer got too greedy not to mention he had a serious gambling problem as well.

You don't want a big name like Ohtani (account) wiring money. That's a huge red flag eventually.

So what did he do when the money was flowing in? He upped the interpreters credit. lol

Resorts World wined and dined him, eventually you start thinking you are more than a bookie.

The end result, casinos better know who's betting with them now, source of the money. The rule was fairly lax before.
 
What a lot of independent bookies don't get. When you get busted, especially of this magnitude, guess who shows up at your door?
