Yeah right. This thing is a joke. So no bets on mobile, no bets at card rooms. Can only go to tracks, not OTBs. If it actually went through like this it would make zero impact on offshores or Nevada.

If I was a Californian I would organize a drive-by of tribal casinos because these motherfuckers are pure gangsters right now. They take your money and get even greedier. They act impoverished but their members get tens of thousands of dollars in checks per month because you let them monopolize gambling.
