Speaking of game theory, Rail’s pick #39 (the golf bet on Lashley at +200) was absolutely inexplicable to me and in my mind cost him the contest.

It was like throwing a Hail Mary down 3 at midfield with 30 seconds and 2 timeouts left.

Mike Leach would not approve....

All he had to do was re-take the lead at that point, forcing me to start taking dogs. Even if he genuinely liked the bet, that’s horrible strategy at that point.
