At what point does the market acknowledge that the Bears have lost 13 straight, didn’t improve two of the three biggest needs, have a qb that is lost, and no coaching? At least the Cards have some positives. They probably break it up at the trade deadline also. Today, they are probably in the tier that is 22-25 ranked.
