I was watching something that talked about all these scams...and they said they were moving around, but the law is trying to crack down. The ones from Nigeria literally showed internet cafe's with dozens of young men sending those emails. What surprised me was how many people fall for these types of things. Not just little old ladies either.
There are two things that come out of Nigeria, green eggs and scam.
