I don't think the idea of "semi annual reporting" will go through. His reasoning was this would "eliminate unnecessary work". As anyone who has worked in Finance for a public company can tell you, even though you "report" quarterly, you still have to do month end close. Every month. The only thing that would be eliminated would be two Teams calls with analysts and investors. Those of us who remember World Com and Enron realize this would not be a good idea.
