starting to assemble a platform team to build it.. Only a matter of time. Will it go all paid ??? maybe not

It will eliminate a lot of the fake accounts. Unfortunately it will eliminate a lot of the news on there also.

A Full on paid service with nothing free would be suicide for twitter. A higher tier, with maybe more control, filtering, personalization, probably doable. But right now they've walked it back:
