If Youmans wants to eliminate Frank B's angle, next season he should implement a rule that if a side is greater than 30% of a same game total, both plays will not be permitted.
 
Frank Carulli, the former in house handicapper for Pimlico and Laurel. I remember him saying on air he was quitting to move to LV to bet sports full time. Must’ve been over 10 years ago.
