Obviously 10k has as much chance as Woodrow Conway and Dell Dude being named a late mixed doubles team at the US Open. But $1000 is possible. Need to hit another Rosey boy, oh Rosey boy.
 
I would never play more than 1 entry unless literally had no choice with a buy one get one promotion. In that case I'd pick dupes both cards. The reason is to lessen the pain of losing. Only want to lose once. Beyond bearable to lose 5X. Also why I take chances early. Less painful than late.

Update: Circa as of Monday, August 18, #entries were 2275 Million VII, 7254 Survivor, and still 18 Grandissimo.

Million is up 1.2% vs last year, Survivor is up 41.2%. My current projection for the final # is Million 5886, Survivor 20169.

Circa entries running 47.8% ahead of last year at this time for Survivor, 5.9% ahead for Million VII.

Projection of final numbers using the rate above last year: 6,160 M, 21,089 S.

In a podcast several days ago, Benson made the odds of Survivor over 20k entries was +125. Way off. More like -160.
 
I will post my Survivor and pick 5 cards. I don't pretend and pose. I am terrible at NFLe. Probably out of it pick 5 by October but I'll *pretend I have a chance. Weird Science. NFLe used to be my be best during the Las Vegas years. Biggest wins were in the entertainment league.

We won't know how many Survivor entries had the Eagles because it isn't announced until Sat night after the contest is closed.

Last year on the first Thursday, the Chiefs won with 25 picks and Ravens lost with 1. Very few picked a team that they would probably use later.

Thus, it's unlikely a lot of entries will have the Eagles. Any additional money just due to an Eagles' loss would probably be small.

So really just a bad guess by Fezzik if as expected the # of entries on Thursday AM is around 16-18k, last year 996 came in on Thurs, 764 on Fri and 1424 on Sat (for a 3-day total 3184) to give the 14,266 total
