I wonder what really happened. It is not possible to miss those 2 shots so bad unless deliberate or panic attack. He is known as a Sunday choker but also a major winner. One thing if shank off the iron. This was going dead right from contact. His follow through was for a shot to the right. That is not easily explainable.
 
I'm giving Heat expected 13-8 for 45-37 final record. Magic would have to go 14-9 to beat them but then I also have to worry about Hawks and Whorenets catching Magic.

I know a little about golf. When you choose an iron and don't take a full swing, that takes water completely out of play because it eliminates the possibility of a catastrophic hustle double cross hook. Only way it goes into the water is if it starts right by you can see howid much.
 
I used to practice tee shots in my backyard with house to the right. Was about 125 yards to the road. House about the same angle as water on 16. Not once did I ever hit the house. On full swing Tiger Woods. I did once hit a car driving by and hid behind the house.

I had no idea how Ech went from down three to up two, I knew somehow Lowry had to fuck up bigly, late last night I saw the highlights and couldn't believe it, sending a ball swimming two holes in a row probably has never happened to him and probably will never happen to him again, he's an accomplished golfer, gotta be top 30-40 in the world, had it been that Smothers guy I could see it, he's a nobody that felt the pressure and choked, it would have made sense, but for that to happen to a guy like Lowry, no way to anticipate something like that happening. I have 4 outs, all of them are PPH credit places, they don't offer cashouts. If I did have the cashout option I would have taken the 900 and change they offered, it's not the payout you could have had, but it's still a nice hit, 900 is a lot of money. When Ech won it, I jumped off my couch, quickly logged in and was ready for the celebration of the year, when I read your post where you cashed out for so little my heart sank, I couldn't believe it, it just ruined the mood. Anyway after seeing the way Lowry choked, looking back I don't blame you for taking the small cashout, I mean at the time there was no way Ech could have won, and winning 130 is better than losing 40. In fact as soon as Ech missed the birdie putt on 14, I wonder what his live odds were, probably something close to the +6000 we bet pre flop. If you put those two golfers in the same situation 1,000 times, Lowry wins 999 times, It still hasn't sunk in just how lucky I was, it was literally a sports miracle. Panthers had too many injuries and too inconsistent in net. They lost their best player and one of the best players in the league before the season started, they were also without their second best player for more than half the season, they also lost several key players to injury. The injuries, combined with Bob's inconsistency in goal, plus the general fatigue of reaching the finals for three straight year was just too much to overcome. Unless they go on a big run they won't make the playoffs, which sucks, but at least they'll have a normal offseason, to heal up and get ready for next year. Anyone who thinks their championship window is now closed is mistaken, they still have as much talent as anyone, and if they do miss the playoffs, they'll be back hungry and healthy next year.
